I was born in the late 90s in Perpignan–a coastal town in the South of France–I  bathed in a worldwide variety of music. Eager to expand my repertoire and explore the global music scene, I hopped on a plane to New York City at the age of 18. Once in New York City, I began to refine my skills as a performer, and singer-songwriter with sets in some of the city’s hottest live music spots in Manhattan and Brooklyn. 

  In my debut album as Alaska Black, I explore the vulnerability in relationships and the taboos of society. Using an eclectic blend of blues, jazz and R&B/soul and funk, in a style often described as “smokey jazz”, I deliver sensual and sultry lyrics that speak of new perceptions. I honed my skills as a singer, captivating audiences with my emotive performances. Opening for iconic acts like Blondie at private events in the Lower East Side was a testament to my ability to command the stage and leave a lasting impression.

  I developed my passion for the stage on Theater in productions such as "Grease" as Sandy, "Mamma Mia" as Sophie, and "Burlesque" as Alice Marilyn and "Chicago" as Hunyack. From the sunlit stages of the South of France to national venues in Belgium and Spain, I've garnered invaluable experience that has shaped me into a multifaceted performer ready to take on any role.

  Moreover, my dedication for storytelling extends to the realm of voice-over work, where I've lent my voice to various projects, infusing each character with depth and authenticity.

  In my journey, I am eager to collaborate with like-minded artists and storytellers who share my commitment to authenticity and exploration. With a deep-seated belief in the power of music and the performing arts to unite and inspire, I am dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that resonate with audiences worldwide.
